Dr Jacob Rosenstein has been at the forefront of age management medicine since 2008. He is a good example of what can be achieved with a properly designed program. He has been able to literally reverse his own biologic aging as measured by mean telomere length, a simple blood test. At age 58 he had the biologic age of a 39 year old. By age 60, his telomere length had increased to that of a ten year old and by age 64 his biologic age reduced further as his calendar age increased. His telomeres were now the equivalent to that of a newborn. Imagine your biologic age decreasing as your calendar age increases? That is what healthy aging should look like.
