With over 28 years' experience in healthcare, Kate Roth NP-C specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Integrative Medicine. She has elite training, multiple advanced-practice certifications and a keen knowledge of endocrinology (eg: thyroid disease, metabolic dysfunction, overall hormone balance and optimization - particularly related to peri-menopause, menopause, PCOS, andropause). The practice is a medical home, it's unique and strongly relationship-based. Ms. Roth is honored to have been named one of SE Idaho's "Best Diagnosticians". Her foci are authenticity in practice, listening to, developing trust between she and clinic guests and individualizing - or customizing - plans of care to suit the needs of everyone she sees. Kate provides compassionate, holistic healthcare and offers a variety of both non-traditional and traditional services.
