Keith Nichols, MD

John Keith Nichols, M.D. is the Medical Director and CEO of Tier 1 Health and Wellness, a preventive medicine clinic in the Southeast. He and his wife, Angie, have developed an evidence based preventative medicine program dedicated to promoting optimal mental, physical and sexual health throughout the aging process. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has served as a team physician for the Nashville Predators, a ringside physician for Strikeforce and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), consultant for the Nashville Kats, the Tennessee Titans, the Nashville Sounds, and has treated many other high school, college, and professional athletes.
