Mission Health & Wellness, LLC is an integrative health & wellness clinic owned by Nurse Practitioner Tara Kegeris. Tara received her Masters Degree in 2015 from Indiana Wesleyan University after working as a nurse for 17 years. It didn't take long to feel the conventional medicine paradigm was falling short when it comes to preventative health and wellness. Tara has been to Worldlink training part 1-4 and is working on her National Certification through Worldlink. Mission Health & Wellness is committed to high quality care where the mind, body and spirit are treated as a whole with a focus on bioidentical hormone therapy and weight loss.
